Why I'm Not in Advertising
I recently started seeing a billboard for Microsoft Pocket PCs, which made me realize why I would be ill-suited for the kinds of creative compromises that a successful ad man really needs to be willing to make. Here's the ad as it appears now:
Now here's the ad as it was probably originally pitched before the suits watered it down:

As you can see, mine is clearly superior, but never would've survived the mealymouthed demands of Microsoft's morality police. Well, it's their loss, really.
